I know most people just see me as a 'kid', but I already know I am on this planet for a reason. Yeah, I want to make a big difference when I grow up, but I want to make a big difference NOW too! Sometimes people think that because we are 'kids' that we can't do that much, but I disagree. There are lots of things we can do every day to make the world a better place to live. We can keep the earth clean by 'going green'. We can be interested in other people and try to see things from their point of view. We can be kind to animals. We can be nice to elderly people. We can show respect to our teachers. We can do lots of things to help others each day if we just pay attention. I am all about paying attention. "I ask myself all the time, What can I be doing right this minute to make a positive difference?" It's like my own little game I play! I guess people make fun of me sometimes, but who cares!
