I know most people just see me as a 'kid', but I already know I am on this planet for a reason. Yeah, I want to make a big difference when I grow up, but I want to make a big difference NOW too! Sometimes people think that because we are 'kids' that we can't do that much, but I disagree. There are lots of things we can do every day to make the world a better place to live. We can keep the earth clean by 'going green'. We can be interested in other people and try to see things from their point of view. We can be kind to animals. We can be nice to elderly people. We can show respect to our teachers. We can do lots of things to help others each day if we just pay attention. I am all about paying attention. "I ask myself all the time, What can I be doing right this minute to make a positive difference?" It's like my own little game I play! I guess people make fun of me sometimes, but who cares! 	I plan on making a big difference while I am on this planet. Some people just think about themselves and how everything affects them. Can you believe that? I mean we all have to live here together? I live here with my mom and dad and my little brother. But in a bigger sense, I mean we all have to inhabit the planet. So shouldn't we each do our part to make it better? I try to convince anyone who will listen that we have to make a difference... most people just tune me out b/c they don't care. Grrrr! I get so frustrated!
